FreeSki Coach
Title: FreeSki Coach
Skiing has always been a major part of my life ever since I first got on snow at the age of two when my dad taught me how to ski at Stratton Mountain, Vermont. At the age of eight I began ski racing for the ski club program at Stratton and from there I went on to race for Stratton Mountain School during my four years of high school. I continued my ski career at the University of Vermont where I continued ski racing on the club team, but took on a new passion of freeride skiing when joining the UVM Freeskiing Team.
During my years on UVMFST, I competed in everything from skicross to slopestyle and freeride and it was a total blast! In 2014, I took first place at collegiate nationals in the skicross event and last season, I took first place overall in STEFT. This year, I plan on continuing competition and doing a lot of filming around the notch and all over the East-look out for Marcus and I in this year’s Ski The East web series: Notion! I am also very excited to be coaching for the SNSC Freeski Team this year and am looking forward to meeting all of the athletes and their families during the course of the season!
Some other things about me:
  • Fluent in Spanish; I am originally from Argentina
  • Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at UVM; I LOVE animals (esp. dogs!)
  • Besides skiing, I enjoy hiking, swimming, playing soccer, kayaking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with my friends/dogs/family
